Remember- to be eligible to win any of the door prizes or participate in any of the COMAS programs you have to have a current 2008 membership. If you want to have your membership card at the meeting we advise you to join via paypal and this will give us sufficient time to get a card printed.
Membership cards for all members who join at the meeting will be available at the next meeting (February).
This year we've decided that we will combine our membership cards and nametags. They'll still be the same size, but we have changed them up a little to make room for a bigger name and they will have a clip at the top. We've had many requests to have all of our ReefCentral names printed just below our real names, so be sure to include that when you renew your membership.

Program of events for 2008
Over the last few months the Vice President (Adam Moore/Papagimp) and the Educational Officer (Kevin Bekkelund/Krbekk) and Travis Stevens have been busy putting together a fully inclusive Saltwater 101 program. This program is designed to cover all facets of saltwater systems from tank design/modification through aquascaping and fish/coral selection. Each month a different aspect will be covered such as drilling tanks, growing phytoplankton, working with acrylic, stand building and basic woodworking techniques, curing rock, DIY Rock etc. We are very excited about this program and having reviewed the topics, we honestly think there will something for everyone be they beginner or advanced hobbyist.
Of Course, the CRASE will be held in October and we have very high expectations for this year’s event.
