This meetings format was informal in nature. This allowed people to socialize, visit some of the vendor tables, food tables, and purchase many fine specimens from Wet Pets! Steve had put together a great bunch of prizes to COMAS members, which one had to be present to win. Steve had also preordered many corals to be available for us to purchase for the meeting.  In addition, just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Steve had increased the COMAS discount from 10 percent to 15 percent for this meeting only. This discount was good on all livestock and dry goods excluding Sunlight Supply products and anything already on special.

Several vendor tables were set up for the membership to view & make purchases. Randy Wright with Aqua One brought many products & samples of Bacterial Supplement. Ryan Little with Lone Star Pet Supply also was there to show some of his refugiums. Lone Star had a COMAS Meeting special sale on Perfecto corner flow tanks, this special was only available at the meeting. Lone Star also donated one acrylic refugium to be raffled off at the meeting. The suggested retail value of this refugium was $250.00. To get a raffle ticket, one had to make a purchase of $75.00 or more (after COMAS discount) at the meeting. One ticket per person allowed and you need not be present to win.                

Food! Glorious Food! There were several tables of food items for the membership to partake of ranging from Clownfish Cakes, hotdogs, hamburgers, and chips. A big thank you goes to Chris, Jason, Sheri & Paula for grilling the burgers & dogs!
